SALEM
WILL

Salem Will is a Registered Nurse in Jackson Hole. Originally from Glen Falls, NY, she has loved basketball since elementary school, and that passion carried through high school and college, where she was a four-year starter at both levels.

In high school, Salem was a two-time Player of the Year in the New York Foothills Conference. As a freshman point guard at Carson-Newman College (Division II), she set records for assist-to-turnover ratio and single-season assists. She transferred to Randolph-Macon College her sophomore year, where her team went undefeated, won the ODAC (Old Dominion Athletic Conference) Tournament Championship, and finished as the NCAA Division III National Championship runner-up. Over the next two seasons, her team won two more ODAC Conference Championships and advanced to the Elite Eight and Sweet Sixteen.

Salem graduated with an impressive 57-3 career record and earned multiple First-Team All-Conference and All-Tournament honors, including Tournament MVP. She was inducted into both her high school and college Hall of Fame in 2017 and 2022.
